Here is wishing you all a merry and blessed Christmas! I know it has been a while. I have been beyond busy. Stacey and I are moving to Nashville. We are on a mission that will hopefully go a long way in supporting the mission work we are involved with to homeless children and orphans in Ukraine. We are working on putting together a Christmas concert tour that will become an annual event to raise money and volunteers for our work over there. While we're there, I will probably be touring and playing with one of the country music artists in order to pay the bills. As exciting as that is, my hope is that the production team and arrangements for the Christmas concert tour come together so quickly that there won't be time for that. Those kids over there are desperate, and I can't bear to see their suffering much longer without taking action.
Woody Wolfe, one of my dearest life-long friends, who is director of Heart to Hand Ministries, the mission that is organizing much of the efforts in Ukraine, has just completed his own Christmas CD. Sadly, this is the first one in a while I wasn't able to play on because we were in Nashville when he was recording it. Woody played and sang everything himself, but he was compelled that it need to get out there this Christmas, and I certainly can't argue that point. It surely needs to heard. It's not a nice, warm fuzzy CD. In fact, it may just be a box that some won't want to open up--but indeed it must be opened. It is probably the first Christmas CD that come replete with a listener warning label. Some of the songs will be used to tell the story on our Christmas concerts tour.
As usual, Woody puts his projects out there on a whatever you can afford basis. If you don't have any money, send him your address and he'll ship it anyway. He puts no price tag on it, and if you email him your address, he'll mail you one and you can pay him later, if you have any spare change. The money will go toward our work in Ukraine, so that makes it not only a gift for loved ones, it is a gift to those suffering children as well. Just click on any of the above links and order yours today.
God Bless and may the true Spirit of Christmas be alive in your hearts this blessed season.

to anyone on the fence about ordering "This Gift" please get a copy and listen with an open heart, make copies and hand them out to people. This is not your typical Christmas cd but it is powerful and honest and as close to the real heart of why Jesus came into this world as anything I've ever heard. get all of Woody's cd's! They are unlike any music Christian music you've ever heard. They are psalms, not songs, they seek to touch the hem of His garment and you will not be the same if you listen prayerfully to them. God Bless you Webb and Woody
Wow! I'm sure the Woodster will be humble by that remark. As I listened to it, I struggled for what it was that got to me. You've nailed it on the head. Thanks for your blessing and kind words. webb
